About This Course
Dive into 3D printing with our weekend class, where kids learn to transform their ideas into tangible objects. They'll learn 3D modeling and print their creations. To ensure the teaching quality, I offer private or small group lessons.
Each class runs for 1 to 2 hours, with younger students (elementary level) starting with TinkerCAD, and older students (middle school and up) progressing to Fusion 360. Through hands-on projects, students will master the fundamentals of 3D modeling and printing, while also developing essential problem-solving skills, and learning the principles of design and engineering thinking.
Students grow with practice, and the more they work on, the more their skills will evolve. For those with a deeper interest in design, I’ll also introduce advanced tools like Keyshot to help them visualize and refine their creations.
Objective
Teach kids design, engineer, build CAD models and transfer their vision into 3D printed objects.
